You will indemnify and hold harmless the Platform Owner, its affiliates, group companies and their officers, directors, agents and employees against any third-party claim, demand or penalty (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, the Privacy Policy or other policies, or your violation of any law or third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.
11. Neither party is liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by a force majeure event.
12. These Terms, and any dispute relating to them or their enforceability, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
13. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karur, Tamil Nadu.
