Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of the order and/or payment, with delivery across India typically within 3–7 business days, or as per the delivery date agreed at order confirmation, subject to courier company or postal norms.
The Platform Owner is not liable for delays caused by the courier company or postal authority. Orders are delivered to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase, and delivery is confirmed to the email ID given at registration. Any shipping costs levied by the seller or the Platform Owner are non-refundable.
